Its advanced composite structure combines a wear-resistant Silicon Carbide face with a high-strength Stainless Steel substrate, delivering exceptional wear resistance and structural integrity in demanding operating conditions.

Face Material: Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide
  • Extreme Hardness & Wear Resistance: Second only to diamond and CBN in hardness, providing excellent resistance to abrasive media and erosion.
  • Excellent Chemical Inertness: Resists corrosion from strong acids, alkalis, and oxidizers, outperforming most metallic materials.
